The Bible tells us that it is better to be patient than to be famous or a war hero. This is not what the world tells us on TV, in books,  in the class room, or on magazine racks. We are encouraged to become thinner, prettier, stronger, and richer. King Solomon, the wisest man to ever live, found that all these things were a waste.
